A little about me
This website was first created as a means to offer heathy, practical and healing plant-based recipes mostly inspired by Ayurvedic cooking and nutrition practices. The website is now extended to offer Ayurvedic nutritional information, consultations, articles on health and healing, tips on Yoga and Meditation, current events and workshops that we now provide.
I was first influenced by Ayurveda a few years ago, while dealing with a auto-immune disease that had no cure in the modern medicinal system. This led me to find natural healing ways and techniques to help heal my body. I was very surprised to see the quick impacts on my health by following Ayurvedic lifestyle which propelled me to learn more about this beautiful and practical life science (read more on my page – Conscious Eating). I have been since researching and have completed Ayurvedic nutritional counselling course.
My passion is helping and inspiring my clients and people around me to live a better and beautiful lives by understanding your Ayurvedic body constitution, detox methods and personalized diet plans.
I now provide Ayurvedic nutritional consultations and run workshops around the city to spread my message of living holistically and naturally.
